How Does Almighty Cleanse Work?
Almighty Cleanse consists of two formulas that you take during your cleanse. Each formula has a specific job to do.
You use Formula 1 for five days. Take one pill the first evening at dinner with eight ounces of water. You will continue to increase the number of pills you are taking until your eliminations increase either in size or frequency. Then you maintain that number of pills until you get to day five.
Formula 1 is designed to regulate your digestive system and contains herbs like aloe vera and senna . Another herb, barberry, will help prevent diarrhea during this process. Garlic is used to calm your stomach and will help prevent gas and bloating during this period.
Formula 2 is began after around 5 days on Formula 1. You take either the capsules or the powder mixed in juice five times a day, spaced at least two hours apart. You can take the formula either with your meals or in between them. This formula is designed to rid your body of the toxins and waste that have accumulated in your colon.
Formula 2 contains two good sources of fiber - Psyllium husk and flax. Of the other ingredients, bentonite is a mineral that aids in detoxifying the intestines, while charcoal is a natural digestion aid. If you are using the drink rather than the capsules, you will notice that the charcoal turns the juice black. However, there is no taste from the powder.
Because these herbs, minerals and other ingredients are all natural, Almighty Cleanse has very few side effects. You may experience some mild cramping and gurgling noises in your stomach, but otherwise, you should feel good throughout the cleansing process. One thing to note - there are black walnuts in Formula 1 that you should be aware of if you have any sensitivity to nuts. The main ‘side effect’ of Almighty Cleanse is that you will be spending a lot more time in the bathroom. So you won’t want to begin this process if you are traveling, or doing anything else that requires long periods of time away from a washroom! The History of Almighty Cleanse
Almighty Cleanse was created by Danny Vierra and first put on the market in 2006. Vierra is well-respected in the health and wellness community around the world. He attended the School of Natural Healing and now has his own natural health business.
Danny was the program director at the Bella Vita Lifestyle Education Center. While there, he taught classes in herbal cleansing, along with cooking and exercise instruction for overall well-being.
As a nutritionist, he has educated people in his vegetarian cooking schools and on radio and television. He and his wife own health food stores and a vegetarian café in California.
Along with the Almighty Cleanse formulas, Vierra created three eating plans that can be used while on the cleanse. Even though it is not required to follow a strict diet during the cleanse, it can be beneficial. There are three levels based on what you are able and willing to do.
